        I created Spice It Up School because I was my first student.

        For a long time, I was stuck in a cycle of chronic hip and knee pain that just wouldn’t quit. On top of that, I was dealing with the pelvic floor symptoms that so many of us are told to “just accept” after having children.

        I tried the traditional rehab. I did the isolated exercises. But nothing seemed to stick.

        It wasn’t until I stopped looking at my “parts” and started looking at my whole body that things finally changed. I realized that my hip pain, my knee stability, and my pelvic floor health were all connected to how I breathed, how I moved, and how I “stacked” my body.

        That whole-body approach changed everything for me. It took me from feeling “fragile” and frustrated to feeling strong, athletic, and capable again.

        I’ve spent the last five years refining this method into what is now Spice It Up School. I’m moving to a 15-woman boutique coaching model because I know how personal this journey is. I don’t want to be a face in a workout app; I want to be the coach who helps you understand your body so you can build a foundation your future self will thank you for.
