Hi! I'm Julie

As a mom of three, I intimately understand the journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My own experiences with pelvic floor and motherhood struggles ignited a passion: to help women achieve better birth experiences and easier postpartum recoveries, while also empowering them through perimenopause and beyond.

With multiple degrees, certifications, countless hours of continuing education, and my personal journey, I bring expert knowledge in prenatal, postnatal, and perimenopausal fitness, alongside comprehensive core and pelvic health. I’m here to remove the guesswork and overwhelm, so you can feel EMPOWERED, CONFIDENT, and STRONG throughout every stage of your unique womanhood.

1:1 Online Pregnancy and Postpartum Coaching and Programming

  • Work closely with Julie and get an individualized workout plan and weekly workouts to meet your goals
  • Personalized plan based on your movement assessments, pelvic floor screen, and Diastasis Recti assessment
  • Stay accountable and get feedback from Julie in the App to make sure you are doing your exercises correctly and making progress

I worked with Julie to help prepare for my second birth and hopeful VBAC. This time together was invaluable and I truly feel made all the difference in this birthing experience. My water broke at 38 weeks and after 22 hours of labor and only 20 min of pushing I got my VBAC! I felt empowered to know the best ways to labor based on baby’s position (the nurses even learned something!). Everyone in the room commented on how well I was pushing for someone doing it for the first time. My recovery was much easier than expected, and at 2 weeks PP, I feel closer to how I did before my first vs. before my second. I attribute so much of this to my work with Julie, and I am so thankful to have found her!
