Questions?
What does 1:1 online coaching include?
You’ll receive a personalized strength program designed around your body, goals, and stage of motherhood.
Your coaching includes:
- Customized weekly workouts delivered through an app
- Exercise videos and coaching cues for every movement
- A movement assessment to understand your unique needs
- Core and pelvic floor strategies integrated into your training
- Regular check-ins and feedback
- Direct support from me throughout your program
This is not a generic workout plan — your program evolves as you get stronger.
How long is the coaching program?
A 3-month minimum commitment is required.
Building strength, improving movement, and creating lasting change takes consistency. The first few weeks are about understanding your body, building your foundation, and creating momentum. From there, we continue progressing your training based on your goals and how your body responds.
How much does it cost?
1:1 coaching starts at $297/month.
Because every program is individualized, the exact investment depends on your goals, the level of support you need, and the coaching option that is the best fit.
We’ll discuss everything during your consultation so you can decide if it feels right for you.
Can you help me if I’m years postpartum?
Absolutely.
You do not have to be newly postpartum to benefit from coaching.
Whether you’re 3 months postpartum or 15+ years beyond having kids, your body is adaptable. We’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
How much time do I need to commit?
Your program is designed around your life.
Most clients train 2–4 days per week, with workouts typically ranging from 20–60 minutes depending on your schedule, goals, and current capacity.
The goal is not perfection — it’s creating a plan you can consistently follow.
What equipment do I need?
You do not need a fully equipped gym to get started.
Your program will be designed around the equipment you have available. Many clients are successful with basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench or similar setup.
If additional equipment would help you progress, I’ll make simple recommendations.
What if I have pelvic floor symptoms or concerns?
Core and pelvic floor health are integrated into your coaching.
We’ll focus on strategies like breathing, pressure management, coordination, and progressive strength training to help you build confidence in your body.
If you need support beyond coaching, I’ll also help guide you toward the appropriate professionals.
Do I need to be experienced with strength training?
Not at all.
Your program is built around your current abilities. Whether you’re returning to exercise, rebuilding after pregnancy, or looking to take your training to the next level, I’ll meet you where you are and help you progress.
