Online 1:1 Coaching and Programming is for expecting and postpartum moms (even 25 years down the road!) who are commited to working with a Coach to get the best results.

This approach allows us to design the perfect program to meet YOUR needs and goals no matter where you are in your pregnancy, or postpartum fitness journey. We will work closely together throughout the entire program and I will be supporting you along the way.

A thorough movement assessment and education session will take place prior to designing a program specific for YOUR body, your compensations, and asymmetries.You will have access to an App where all your personalized workouts will be organized on your calendar with video demos of every single exercise.

Julie will be available for coaching, feedback, and modifications needed throughout the program.

1:1 Coaching and Programming includes:

  • Weekly personalized workouts via an App
  • Includes breathing exercises, strength exercises, accessory work, cool-downs, pelvic floor work
  • Video demonstrations of all exercises
  • Video check ins
  • Accountability and support from Julie throughout the program
  • Access to Julie in the App and Voxer for questions, feedback etc.

How long is the coaching?

A 3 month minimum commitment is required to parcticipate in 1:1 Online Coaching and Programming. There is a lot of work that happens up front to be able to design the best possible program for you. I want to make sure you are committed to doing the work. Also, getting results doesn’t happen overnight-it takes consitency and time so I have found that 3 months is a good amount of time to see positive changes.

What is the time commitment?

This will depend on how much time you want to invest and what is realistic for you right now.  Most of my clients choose 2-4 workouts per week and workouts can range from 20-60 minutes depending on your capacity. 

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on many workouts a week you would like, how much time we will have together for education and check-ins, and if you would like to add in some live sessions. After our initial consultation I will present a few packages that I think will help you meet your goals.  You can choose your favorite! Packages start at $247/month.

What equipment do I need?

I can build a personalized workout program based on your available equipment. However, I might require a few versatile items to add to your collection to get the best results (bands, dumbbells etc.). You really don’t need a ton of equipment to get started.
