Virtual Prenatal Consultation and Assessment

The Virtual Prenatal Consultation and Assessment is a thorough one on one meeting with Julie to assess your movements, get personalized guidance on what exercises you should be working on during pregnancy, and to learn all about your core and pelvic floor and how they play a critical role in the labor and recovery process.
During this 1:1 consult, Julie will look at your functional movements to determine if certain muscles need to be strengthened or released to improve your posture, your core strength, and reduce aches and pains. This detailed assessment will help determine what areas of your body need improvement to help you build your strongest foundation in pregnancy.
You will go through a pelvic floor screening to determine what pelvic floor exercises you should be working on to facilitate labor and delivery.
Julie will do lots of education on core and pelvic floor, answer all your questions, and teach you her 8 fundamental core and pelvic floor exercises that are part of her Deep Core Connection Method. These exercises are the foundation of a strong core in pregnancy to help prep for labor and minimize diastasis recti (ab separation).
After the consultation, you will receive a detailed email with all of our findings as well as video demonstrations of all the recommended exercises to help you achieve an optimal birth.
