In House Postnatal Series
This series is designed specifically for the early postpartum mom (3 weeks -uncomplicated vaginal birth, 4 weeks- c-section) to rehab her core and pelvic floor muscles after birth.
In this small group setting, you will learn how to strengthen and release your pelvic floor, reconnect with your core, practice functional movements and heal your body from the inside out. This is not a “get your body back” series but classes filled with education, safe postpartum exercises, fitness fun, and mom connections.
All exercises can be modified for where you are at in your postpartum journey.
