Virtual Prenatal Consultation and Assessment
This Virtual Prenatal Consultation and Assessment will give you valuable education on breathing, pregnancy exercise, and core and pelvic floor health in preparation for birth. Your consultation can be customized to your needs and goals. We will do a movement assessment, education session on core and pelvic health, and you will learn and practice my 8 fundamental core and pelvic floor exercises.

- How to modify exercises in pregnancy,
- How to prepare your mind and body for birth
- How to build a strong foundation in pregnancy to get a head start in your postpartum recovery
