Prenatal Consultation and Assessment
This Prenatal Consultation and Assessment will give you valuable education on breathing, pregnancy exercise, and core and pelvic floor health in preparation for birth. Your consultation can be customized to your needs and goals. We will do a movement assessment, education session on core and pelvic health, and you will learn and practice my 8 fundamental core and pelvic floor exercises.
Some of the things we cover (but not limited to) are:
- Pregnancy fitness considerations
- How to modify exercises in pregnancy,
- How to prepare your mind and body for birth
- How to build a strong foundation in pregnancy to get a head start in your postpartum recovery
- How to minimize diastasis recti
- So much more!
You can ask any questions in this one-on-one opportunity and you will come away with tons of knowledge and feeling more prepared for your birth and postpartum.
Prenatal Follow-Up Session
Follow-up sessions are a 1 hour thorough 1:1 training session to continue working on your goals/needs. These sessions can be in-person or virtual through Zoom.
Postnatal Consultation & Diastasis Recti Assessment
In this one-on-one postpartum consultation, you will be given tools to return to fitness safely and effectively after baby. You will learn how to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor to strengthen your body from the inside out.
A diastasis recti assessment will be perform as well as strategies to improve it will be discussed. You will learn how to use your diaphragm effectively, how to engage your deep abdominals and how to properly contract your pelvic floor.
You can ask any questions in this one-on-one opportunity and you will walk out with tons of knowledge and a clear understanding on how to return to activities you love safely.
