I’m Julie Leonard, mom to 3 kids, founder of Strong Body Strong Mama, and an expert in Pre and Postnatal Fitness. My Master’s degree in Exercise Science, specialized training in core and pelvic health, Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Certification, and personal experience as a mom of 3 make me the ideal person to coach you through your postpartum journey.

How do I sign up?
Click one of the JOIN NOW buttons and you’ll be redirected to a page to make your secure payment via PayPal. You will then receive a welcome email with your login information and your next steps. You will be able to start the program right away or whenever it is convenient to you!
What happens after I purchase Fourth Trimester Restore?
Upon purchasing Fourth Trimester Restore, you will receive an email to create a username and password to gain access to the members only portal where you will find the 6 week program, videos, and extras. Everything you need is in the member’s only portal. You will then watch the educational videos before starting Week 1 of the program.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a medium sized ball like a Pilates Ball (a child’s ball will work fine), a resistance band (medium strength), and a yoga block. Most exercises only require your body weight and items you can find around your house like a washcloth and pillows. You can check out some of these fitness equipment on my Amazon Store here.
How soon can I start the program after giving birth?
I recommend you wait at least 3 weeks after delivery before starting the program. If you had a cesarean birth or a complicated vaginal delivery, I recommend that you wait at least 4 weeks. The first few weeks are gentle breathing, mobility, and core rehab exercises. While most people can start at 3 weeks, I do ask that you get approval from your doctor before starting.
How long do I have access to the program?
Fourth Trimester Restore members will have lifetime access to the program! As long as the program is being offered, you will have access to it.
How long are the workouts?
Once you are familiar with the breathing and engagement techniques, each workout should take you about 30-35 minutes. Remember that some movement is better than none. Each workout as 3 parts so you could easily break it down into three 10-minute sessions throughout the day.
How many workouts per week do I get?
Each workout was designed carefully to allow your postpartum body to adjust and progress from week to week in this crucial healing phase. Because of that, you will receive one workout a week for the 6 weeks. I recommend that you perform the workout 3-4 times in a week for best results. But again, always remember that some movement is better than none and that completing the workout once a week will still give you results.
I have Pelvic Organ Prolapse or Diastasis Recti. Is this program safe for me?
Yes, this program was designed to help you heal your core and pelvic floor in the postpartum period. All the exercises are safe for pelvic organ prolapse and diastasis recti. The exercise progressions will help you strengthen your body from the inside out and get rid of symptoms like leaking, heaviness, and core weakness. There are also educational videos that will help you understand what to look and feel for during your workouts and to know when to modify exercises.
Can I still do this program if I am 6+months postpartum?
While you can still complete the program at 6+ months postpartum and see benefits, Fourth Trimester Restore was designed with the first 6 months postpartum in mind. If you are later on in your postpartum journey, I would recommend my Ready to Run Postpartum program (10-week whole body strength program for moms 6+ weeks postpartum who want to return to impact exercise like running) or Spice It Up School (12-week strength-program for moms 4+ months postpartum who want to get strong, heal their core and pelvic floor, and feel athletic again).
Do I need to be cleared by my doctor to start the program?
Even though you can start the Fourth Trimester Restore Program as early as 3 weeks postpartum, I ask that you get approval from your doctor to do so. The first few weeks are gentle breathing and pelvic floor reconnecting exercises with no added weight that will slowly build strength from the inside out.
What's your refund policy?
There is a 7-day money back guarantee. You can request a refund if you are not satisfied with the program within 7 days and receive a full refund. However, please understand that you will also be taken out of the membership portal should you decide it’s not for you. No refunds will be granted after 7 days.
