Yes! I am a Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist with training in core and pelvic health. I take a whole-body approach to healing the core and pelvic floor because it’s all connected! I have worked with 100s of expecting and postpartum moms all over the world.
I am 10+ years postpartum. Can you still help me get stronger and heal my pelvic floor?
Once postpartum, always postpartum. I have worked with postpartum women all the way to 25+ years postpartum so yes, I can help you! It is never too late to work on your strength and heal your core and pelvic floor.
I am not local to you, can I still work with you?
Absolutely! I work online with expecting and postpartum moms from all over the world through Zoom, the True Coach App for programming workouts, and Voxer for quick communication. Check out the Online Personal Training Tab under the website menu for more information. I also offer 3 online self-paced pregnancy and postpartum exercise programs.
What's the first step in working with you?
All my 1:1 clients, both online and in-person go through my initial Pregnancy or Postpartum Consultation & Assessment Session first. This session allows me to get to know you and your history, do a thorough movement assessment, a pelvic floor screen and diastasis recti assessment, and do education. This session is required to work 1:1 with me.
