I offer personal training and coaching services to expecting and postpartum moms online worldwide and in-person in Columbus, Ohio.

Why My Approach Works

I am a mom just like you who found a way to embrace pregnancy and all the changes-even the hard unexpected ones.

I didn’t want to settle for the “it’s just part of being a mom.”

I prepared my mind, body, and pelvic floor for the birth I really wanted after my first birth ended in a traumatic emergency c-section. I was able to heal my core and pelvic floor (bye bye leaking daily) with a whole-body approach. I embraced the unknown and surrendered in order to achieve a healing and empowering unmedicated vaginal third birth.

I know first hand that pregnancy and postpartum can be tough. The ever growing belly and the new aches and pains. The new mom’s sleepless nights and the feelings of “when will I ever feel like myself again?”.

My struggles led me to this work. I don’t want you to feel the way that I did. I now understand how critical it is to have the right education and support to achieve a positive birth and postpartum experience.

Education is Power

Understanding how your body works is key in achieving a positive birth and postpartum experience. Most don’t learn about their core and pelvic floor until after having babies or experiencing issues. It is my goal to not only help you understand how your body, and core and pelvic floor work, but also to teach you how to give your body what it truly needs to thrive in this chapter.

You Are Worthy

You deserve to achieve an easier birth, faster postpartum recovery, and feel athletic again after having children. You deserve the support and expert guidance to build your strongest body that will support you for the rest of your life. 

Common But Not Normal

So many moms deal with less than ideal birth experiences, leaking urine, core weakness, diastasis recti, painful sex, and other pregnancy or postpartum issues. With the right education and help, you can conquer these issues and improve your quality of life. Spreading this message inspires me daily!

I have a Bachelor and Master degree in Exercise Science. I have spent 15 years of my life as a high level competitive swimmer and over 20 years personal training and working as a Strength Coach. I am also a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a mom who’s passionate about helping women like YOU achieve better birth and postpartum experiences.
