How long is the coaching program?
I dedicate significant time upfront to design a program that’s perfectly aligned with your goals. To maximize your progress and ensure you see the results you deserve, a 3-month commitment is required. This allows us to work together consistently and make adjustments as needed.
What is the time commitment?
Your workout schedule is entirely flexible and tailored to your current lifestyle. Most clients find 2-4 workouts per week to be ideal, but we’ll determine what’s realistic and sustainable for you. Workout durations can range from 20-60 minutes, allowing you to fit them into your day, no matter how busy.
How much does it cost?
Coaching packages start at $297 per month. The exact investment will depend on the program we design together, which we’ll discuss in detail during your free consultation. I’ll present options tailored to your goals and preferences.
What equipment do I need?
We’ll work with the equipment you currently have, and if necessary, I’ll recommend a few simple, budget-friendly items to optimize your workouts. You don’t need a lot to get started – we can achieve great results with a few key pieces.
